Tokaji Szamorodni 2017
A complex and intense wine with a deepening gold colour, a rich flavour of honey, orange peel, mango and sweet spices, with a hint of botrytis. The sweetness is undercut by its fresh vibrant acidity. The 'little brother' of the world famous Tokaji Aszú, this luscious yet easy-drinking Tokaji Szamorodni is an everyday luxury.
Food pairing: This sweet white wine pairs very will goose liver and blue cheese, or for the sweet of tooth, you could do worse than to try it with an apple or cherry pie, as ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the natural tartness of the fruit is perfectly complemented. For the adventurous, we recommend serving this exquisite wine with spicy Asian dishes.
