Deep golden colour with an opulent nose of honey and apricot jam. Silky texture on the palate, a creamy, mouth-filling wine, which is at the same time easy-drinking. Notes of figs, honey and sweet spice are followed by a long satisfying finish.
Food pairing: This Aszú is the ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or served wit/h cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes. But we highly recommend trying it with savoury dishes, and not only the classic pairings of goose liver or blue cheese, but also with spicy Asian dishes or creamy risottos.
