Opulent and weighty nose of honey, mango, orange peel and forest mushrooms. A palate rich in acacia blossoms, marmalade and passion fruit aromas. This is a well-balanced and concentrated sweet white wine, with a creamy texture and a long finish.
Food pairing: Great alongside roast duck with orange or plum sauce as well as spicy Asian dishes. The ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or when partnered with cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes and macarons. Serve with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort.
